What is your field of study and why did you choose it?
I study the psychology of intergroup relations and prejudice, as well as educational equity. I chose this field because I was interested in cultural variability in behavior.
Why did you choose to participate in RUA activities?
We need to diversify the professoriate to be able to move the nation forward!
